I graduated from Princeton University magna cum laude in May 2018 and now work as a paralegal at New York state's largest service provider to survivors of domestic violence. At Princeton I majored in Near Eastern Studies, which involved studying the historical, linguistic, political, religious, and cultural patterns of the Middle East. Hobbies

I work with students on creative problem-solving skills because I believe that using our imagination makes us more engaged in our work and more productive as a result. I particularly enjoy mapping ideas with students and having them free write before beginning essay drafts. I also have ample experience helping students memorize facts - i.e. SAT vocabulary, biology terms. I am very verbal so often ask students to explain how they are solving a particular problem, since I think voicing the process solidifies it for them.
