I have over a decade of teaching and tutoring experience at both the high school and college levels. I have taught grammar and composition, as well as higher math and research skills, to a wide variety of students, from high school sophomores to college freshman, from law students to young professionals. I also have professional theater experience, having had the opportunity to work with such gifted artists as Cynthia Nixon and John Cameron Mitchell. My performance skills come in handy as I try to put across difficult-to-understand concepts to my pupils. I often think of teaching as a performance, one in which the true star is the student.
