I have a passion for teaching and helping others, and I hope to go into academia after I receive my MD. I pride myself on being able to make a subject exciting for a student, so that school becomes enjoyable rather than a dreaded obligation. As with anything, I think the best success comes from when one is excited about what they are doing. Played ice hockey for 18 years (including college), and an avid soccer fan/player. I grew doing all water sports, and I still waterski, etc., as frequently as I can. I love music, art, movies, and all sports.
