Education

In June, 2014, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University with a degree in Geosciences and received the department's top prize for excellence in Earth Sciences. I also earned certificates in Sustainable Energy and Environmental Studies. I am now working full-time in New York City as a Business Analyst for an energy markets consulting and trading company.

Experience

I have been tutoring privately since my sophomore year of high school in Math (Grade level and SAT I, and SAT II), Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Spanish as well as two years as an SAT math tutor with Carnegie Pollack SAT Prep throughout Fairfield County, CT. 800 SAT Math 800 SAT II Math (Level 2) 800 SAT II Biology 780 SAT II Chemistry 5 on AP tests in: - BC Calculus - Biology - Chemistry - Microeconomics - Macroeconomics I've always enjoyed teaching, especially math, because of the "eureka" moment when a student understands the challenging concept, and not simply gets the answer. Beyond my passion for learning, I am very patient, well-organized, enthusiastic, and hard-working. When I take on a tutoring job, I come to every session prepared with a lesson plan to make the most of my time with the student. At Princeton, I enrolled in multivariable calculus, physics (mechanics and E&M), evolutionary biology, and a number of engineering classes aimed at general quantitative problem solving.
