I am an experienced Wall Street analyst, but by training, I am a professor. Other than a stack of diplomas and certificates, I have profound experience in finance and a lot of real-life examples to help students understand hard concepts. Over the past 2 decades, I studied modern finance, accounting, personal/corporate tax, and many biology subjects. Right now, I am fully licensed equity research analyst, with series 7, 63, 86 and 87 licenses. I am also a CFA charter holder. Over the past eight years, I enjoyed teaching junior analyst and interns all aspect of finance, such as equities, option & futures and credit analysis. Many of my students got excellent jobs at top-tier investments banks. What I enjoy most about teaching is to see the relief and joy from my students.
