Experience
I've tutored fellow classmates and other students at my university, from Engineering and math majors to non science majors needing to learn the basic science and math required of their majors. I tutor because I feel compelled to share what I know with others. I want them to have the same feeling of excitement I get when I learn and "understand" something new. I'm a consummate learner and have taken all kinds of science classes required of my majors and courses not required, but taken just for the love of learning them.
