I love learning and try my best to foster the same feeling in my students. I develop individualized approaches for students based on their learning styles. I have experience in mentoring students and education outreach. I have taken courses on teaching methods and will utilize successful methods such as Socratic questioning, quizzing, and previewing. I will also provide guidance for effective study methods and college/grad school application prep. I have worked with students of all ages before. I recently received my master's in finance degree and just moved back to NYC. I have a strong academic background in finance and the sciences. Before grad school, I was working in the nonprofit sector. My SAT scores are 2270 composite (800 in critical reading) and My ACT score is 34. Both of these scores are at the 99th percentile. My GRE score was 164V and 164Q, which places me above the 95th percentile.
