Education
I earned my B.A. from CUNY with a 3.8 in Philosophy. I took practically every course available from the department and studied Logic at the graduate level. Philosophy is my specialty (especially Nietzsche, Existentialism, Greek Philosophy, Pragmatism, in addition to basic issues in ethics, epistemology, and metaphysics) but I also am well versed in Sociology and Political Science. In addition to working with college students, I tutor elementary, middle, and high school students in any subjects that they require help in, typically Math and English.
Experience
I have been tutoring for 4 years. I have worked with students ranging from first graders to undergraduate philosophy students. My educational techniques are successful because I methodically, yet accessibly, explain the material in question so that my students understand it completely.
