Education
I recently graduated from law school, but I continue to tutor part-time. In addition to my law degree, I hold a Masters in Political Science and a double-major undergraduate degree in English Literature and Philosophy.
Experience
I offer subject matter sessions in history, government, law, politics, literature, composition, and philosophy, but I am also available for generic essay editing, debate preparation, and college application consultations. I also offer AP test preparation in AP US History (APUSH), AP English Language & Composition, AP English Literature & Composition, AP European History, AP US Government and Politics, and AP World History. AP tests are more about time management, reading comprehension, and composition skills than subject matter-expertise. I myself gained enough AP test credits (including high-passing scores on tests for AP courses I did not even take) to graduate a year early from college, while obtaining a double-major in English Literature and Philosophy in the process. The AP tests are entirely "doable" with the right preparation; and I will provide instruction in the core skills required to master the exam.
