Zachary B.
Private tutor in New York, NY
Education
B.S. in Biology from Marymount Manhattan College (2010) M.Sc. in human biology from the University of Copenhagen (2012)
Experience
I am currently an adjunct professor in NYC, where I teach courses in human biology and nutrition. I have sat multiple MCAT exams through AAMC scoring in the upper 90th percentiles. My actual score was in the 90th percentile. I am very interested in science education for both students with and without a background in the sciences. I encourage students with little background in the sciences to approach me with questions. I enjoy the challenge of teaching science to "non-science" people, because I myself was a visual art student all through high school.

Hobbies
I am very interested in structural biology, not only from a scientific perspective, but also from an aesthetic and artistic view. I would like to do my best to bring awareness and attention to the subtleties in structural biology that have the potential to be used as a tool in both science and art education. Aside from my academic endeavors, I am also pursuing a career in medicine.
