I work to balance achieving valuable learning and progress with maintaining a laid-back atmosphere in my tutoring sessions. Tutoring sessions are focused and productive, while clients are encouraged to be relaxed and enjoy themselves - as much as it's possible to enjoy studying! In my spare time, I prefer to be either baking with spelt flour, pawing through the racks of clothing in Williamsburg thrift stores while attempting to somehow blend in with the surrounding hipsters, or heatedly discussing all things Middle East. During moments of inspired clarity, I am a proud history major in a world that at times seems determined to topple the dreams of liberal arts eficionados. I am looking forward to tutoring; as fun as it is to spend that much time wondering if I should perhaps pursue [insert "practical" profession here], it's always more fun to tutor, right?
