Experience
I graduated from Morehouse School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine degree and Emory University with the Highest Honors (Summa Cum Laude) in the Department of Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology. Currently, I am an Integrated-Vascular Surgery Resident. Previously, I was a Society for Vascular Surgery Student Research Fellow at Emory University and a Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) Year-long Medical Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School. In college, I held a competitive GPA and participated in many medical and non-medical extracurricular activities. I have taken many sciences and math-based courses, including two semesters of Biology with lab, two semesters of General Chemistry with lab, two semesters of Organic Chemistry with lab, Research Statistics, life science Calculus, Physics, and more. I was an Organic Chemistry lab-teaching assistant for two years and an academic tutor during medical school for two years before my year-long research fellowship.
