My areas of expertise include Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Calculus, and Statistics, but I enjoy teaching Physics 1 & 2, General Chemistry 1 & 2, and Organic Chemistry 1 & 2 the most. I also have experience tutoring SAT Math, SAT Physics, SAT Chemistry, GRE, MCAT, and the NLN Nursing Exam. Over the years, I've taught scores of adult and high school students, volunteered as an IRC tutor, and taught ESL in Tokyo. My approach is hands-on as well as holistic. Furthermore, I cater to the student's personality. I believe anxious, disorganized, or gifted students can perform better when taught proper patience, organizational, and planning skills.
