Experience

I began tutoring Algebra and Spanish in High School, where I received a 5 on the AP European History, World History, Psychology, and Calculus exams and a 4 in Spanish exam. In college I tutored the SAT verbal as well as substituting for SAT math in low-resource communities in New York, with and average of 200 point improvement on the test. Upon graduation, I tutored both small groups and individuals in SAT writing outside of Baltimore. I recently returned from teaching English for a school year in Mallorca, Spain, in diverse elementary and high schools, as well as adult an child private English classes. I have near fluency in Spanish and proficiency in written and spoken Hindi and Urdu. I can also work in accent reduction.
