Hello my name is Marque Simmons. I am a Graduate student at Monroe College. I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Business on April 2010 with a GPA of 3.25.
Experience
I have 11 years of experiance tutoring students in the family shelter system. During this time I've seen the confusion and frustration on the faces of many young people concerning the subject of math. Many students have come to me with their hands up in the air with frustration saying, "I will never understand this." I can tell you from experiance their is no better feeling (for the student) when that lightbulb in their head comes on and a more relaxed feeling towards the subject has replaced the confusion and frustration. As a parent myself I understand the busy lives we live and how hard it is to balance work and support our children's educational needs. As a tutor I can provide that additional help those young people need to reach their educational goals.
