Experience
I currently teach Rhetoric & Composition and Introduction to Literature at institutions in NYC (in-person) and Ohio (online). I work with my students to develop strong research and writing skills. In addition, I tutor junior high and high school students in all major subject areas, but focus on the humanities. I have experience working with students with many different needs and styles and with ESL students. I have professional editing and proofreading experience. When I am not instructing college students, I teach creative writing to junior high and high school students. One of my focuses is on the importance of writing outside of the classroom. I can work with high school students on their college application essays, cover letters for summer employment, and statements for internships. Tutoring and editing needs can be fulfilled in person, over the phone, or online.
