I graduated from Minnesota State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. During my attendance at MSU, I worked as a teaching assistant and laboratory assistant; this provided me with useful teaching skills to further my development. I receive great joy from sharing knowledge and assisting others. I especially enjoy the moment that a student becomes confident in themselves and the work that they produce. I believe that the student is the center of the tutoring session and the tutoring provided should be tailored to their learning style. This is because each student is different and can learn methods in a variety of ways. It is up to the teacher or tutor to recognize their learning needs and approach the student with a style suited to their learning abilities. I favor tutoring Algebra, Trig, and Mechanical Engineering (Thermal-Fluid Science), and Physics. When I am not tutoring, you can find me meditating, watching movies, exploring new areas, and cooking.
