Experience

I there, thanks for checking out my new page on University Tutor! I’ve been tutoring for over 9 years in many different settings including as a teaching assistant in college and graduate school, leading groups of advanced high school students in SAT prep, working individually with pre-meds doing intensive MCAT prep and helping occasionally with University students looking to get ahead in biology class (CU Mowsh Bio is my specialty). I have a strong passion for science - genetics and molecular biology in particular - and enjoy showing students how elegant and exciting science really is. I prefer to take on students who are genuinely interested in learning the subject, not those who are simply looking for the “quick fix”. My passion for tutoring comes from sharing the joy of science with my students and simply doing work for students is not good for either of us, so please only reach out to me if you want to develop your scientific skills.
