I graduated with Honors from Brandeis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, and a Master of Science degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. I completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and graduated with an MD.
Experience
I am a practicing physician in New York City, and I have been involved in education ever since my undergraduate years, during which I taught privately as a tutor and served as a teacher's assistant in several biology classes. Since becoming a physician seven years ago, I have been extensively involved in the education of medical students and residents, both on the wards and in formal teaching sessions. I have mentored several medical students one-on-one, both in the clinic and on research projects. I recently developed and led a new 5-hour lecture series in Neurology for medical residents. I have scored highly on all my SAT, MCAT, and USMLE tests. I have enjoyed each and every one of my teaching experiences, and look forward to helping others achieve similar success.
