Education

In 2014, I earned by PhD in Philosophy from Tulane University, where I also earned an MA in Philosophy. Prior to that, I earned an MA in Liberal Arts at St. John's College in Annapolis, MD. I also have a BA in Political Science from the University of Connecticut.

Experience

I have been a teacher and/or tutor for 15 years. My academic accomplishments include a book and a number of articles, all peer-reviewed, on Ancient Greek poetry and philosophy. I have also taught courses across the history of philosophy, both ancient and modern, in addition to having taught a number of interdisciplinary courses bridging philosophy with film, psychology, political science, and more. I have tutored both high school and college students on a range of topics, and also have experience mentoring students in conducting in-depth research on a variety of topics both in and outside of philosophy.
