Experience
As a doctor, I have so much experience speaking to patients and explaining complex medical conditions, medications, diseases, and treatments. I have to make sure that they know what I am talking about so that they are able to explain it to their loved ones. I believe this capability makes me a great tutor. I have the ability to explain concepts to my students in a manner that makes it easier for them to understand. I am able to help with concepts such as anatomy, biology, SAT prep, writing, and more. I have a lot of professional experience that will also help me be a great tutor, starting when I was a teenager. I was a swimming instructor for kids from three years old to twelve. As an instructor, I learned to be patient with my students and gain their trust. I also learned to teach difficult ideas to kids in a way that they understood. I used these techniques later when as a college student, I tutored peers in many subjects, including Spanish, biology, math, chemistry, and physics. I have my Bachelor in both chemistry and Spanish. I look forward to using my experiences to help as many students as possible.
