I had the opportunity to work with kids through a committee outreach program, and the students I worked with improved their grades and came to a better understanding of subject material. This is so rewarding that I wanted to keep on going. I enjoy sharing what I know with students, and I strive to help them make improvements and build confidence in their abilities.
