I'm currently certified as a teaching assistant by New York State, and I enjoy helping students develop academic and social skills. I have led academic programs and taught in the classroom, I feel that figuring out how a student learns and then teaching to that learning style is the most effective way to help students understand concepts. I'm easy to get along with, and I utilize my sense of humor whenever possible during sessions. Through it all, I'm determined to help my students succeed. I believe every student can achieve success with the proper effort and guidance. When I have free time, I like to volunteer, design, game, and ride my bike.
