Education

I am a recent graduate from the Macaulay Honors College at Lehman College. I majored in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry. I maintained a 3.87 GPA and have received numerous awards/honors including Phi Beta Kappa, Golden Key, and Presidential Scholar Designation. The Macaulay Honors College is a selective program that offers many perks such as a full tuition scholarship and a study abroad expense account.

Experience

I currently work as a writing tutor and academic coach at the Lehman College Academic Center for Excellence (ACE). I also served as an SAT tutor for a program called Let's Get Ready and have done some private tutoring in writing over the years. My SAT score was a 1940 overall with a 610 in reading, 650 in math, and 680 in writing. I want to be a tutor because I have done it before and still do it and I truly enjoy it. I feel it's the best for me to make use of some extra free time I have. I intend to exclusively tutor in writing and I have taken an extensive variety of writing intensive seminars and done well in those. Currently, I am only doing online tutoring.
