Hobbies

I'm interested in sustainability, especially as it relates to architecture. I studied the subject from a variety of perspectives while at Columbia and had an internship that developed a rating system for restaurant sustainability. I really enjoy cooking and experimenting with a variety of foods. I especially like making different kinds of bread. My apartment got an ice cream maker last summer, so we've all had fun trying out different flavors and combinations of ingredients (the cucumber mint didn't turn out all that well, but the blueberry buttermilk was delicious!). A growing interest of mine is theater. I never really had much knowledge of or involvement in the theater world until a couple of years ago. Since then, I've enjoyed being involved in a number of new works, and I look forward to continued involvement in the future.
