BA in Latin and Greek, Samford University I have taught Latin and English in independent high schools for the past five years. I currently teach on the UES. During my college years, I won several awards within the Classics department, including study abroad scholarships and the Classical Association of the Middle West and South award.
Experience
I have varied tutoring experience with middle school through college students. I have tutored for the athletics department at my university and I also tutor independently. I usually tutor Latin, but also have experience tutoring in other subjects including math, study skills, history, and Ancient Greek. I made a perfect score on the verbal section of the GRE, and nearly that on the math section.

Hobbies
I love to sing, read (Latin, German, Greek and English!), and hang out with friends. I really love anything to do with the ancient Romans, and have been to Italy, Greece, and Roman sites in Spain and the UK. I love to travel and learn languages and hope to continue to do so for many years to come.
