I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Master of Public Health from Columbia University. Honors: I was awarded a full tuition, merit-based scholarship in college and a merit-based scholarship in graduate school. Leadership: In college, I founded a literary society that hosted a Pulitzer Prize winner and other acclaimed writers, for which I received the top student leadership award. In graduate school, I founded a student advisory committee to the administration. I held other leadership roles, including hosting U.S. Congresswoman Robin Kelly at an annual conference.
