Education

BS in Chemistry and Mathematics, Physics Minor, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, University of Pittsburgh, 2013 GPA: 3.867/4.0 MS in Theoretical Chemistry, UC Berkeley 2017 - I specialized in the quantum mechanics of molecules, working with a group of researchers whose goal was to find faster, better approximations to the Schrodinger Equation.

Experience

Hello! I recently graduated with a Masters in Theoretical Chemistry from UC Berkeley. I have tutored chemistry and math for almost 10 years now. I am an expert in physical chemistry and I enjoy teaching all aspects of high school level chemistry, physics and mathematics all the way through undergraduate and graduate level. in 2018-2019, I taught both 10th grade and AP chemistry at a high school in Brooklyn. I have taken or studied pretty much every course involved in undergraduate chemistry and mathematics as well as the majority of physics. I have also studied these subjects at the graduate level quite extensively. I love teaching. It is so satisfying to share knowledge and help people see how much "advanced" material they can grasp in such a short time. For some specs: -34 ACT -168/170 GRE Math, 160/170 GRE Reading -Have taught Analytical Chemistry at Pitt General Chemistry and Physical Chemistry at UC Berkeley -Taught Graduate Statistical Mechanics at UCB

I am also a musician. I enjoy playing and listening to all kinds of music. I spend all day with my headphones listening to my favorites or finding new music (especially rock and hip-hop). I enjoy reading non-fiction, especially as it relates to interesting topics in the history of math and science.
