Experience
I graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, and am now studying for my medical doctorate degree. My goal is to attain a residency in Psychiatry, focusing on Child Health over the course of the next year. I'm a strong believer that a solid educational base is required for professional excellence. Therefore, I feel fortunate to tutor the next generation of scholars, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their peak performance in school. From preschoolers to high schoolers, I've worked on all skill levels and subjects. Post-graduation, I spent time teaching at a specialized academy focused on helping adults challenged with mental health issues in developing their cognitive and functional skills. I am proud to say that all of my experiences have been incredibly rewarding, and I have had the pleasure of working with clients of varying age groups and skills. I most enjoy teaching Biology, Physiology, and Psychology. My fundamental three teaching philosophy cornerstones include preparedness, patience, and empathy. Teaching takes time and effort; there are no master shortcuts. I take a personalized approach to each student, tailoring curriculum to their skill level. I focus on providing a positive learning environment, introducing into each tutoring experience the fact that no goal is too large.
