I've worked with students at an after school program for the City of Waterbury Connecticut ranging in age from four to eleven years old and have tutored many high school students as well. My strengths are in English writing (essays, dramatic writing), Social Sciences, and Visual Arts. Additionally, I took several AP courses in mathematics, literature, and in the sciences during high school graduating in the top ten percent of my class (Holy Cross High School, Waterbury CT). I've been put through private education my entire life and have learned excellent communication skills through leadership opportunities I have taken advantage of such as being class president all four years, sitting on the Connecticut Association of Schools Student Leadership Board for three years, and presenting many workshops on communication and leadership. Very flexible and patient as well. I'm doing a double major in Film and Television Production and Politics, work as a lifeguard at the University pool and am active in the Student Government.
