I am a first year student at Columbia University in New York City. My course of study is varied, as I am enrolled in English, business management, and human rights courses. As far as tutoring goes, I have had experience with elementary through college aged students. My subjects of specialty include: middle school mathematics, algebra, writing, reading, grammar, test preparation skills, and public speaking. If you are preparing yourself for entry into college at some distant time, or even in the near future, I can help you learn the best way to craft entry papers and to have full comprehension of certain parts of the SAT.I aim to develop an understanding of my students' strong points, their areas of weakness, and to find what motivates them to learn. I will create a lesson plan based on all of these factors. This will set the stage not only for temporary results, but also lead you towards long-term accomplishments and the setting of goals. I really love to work with others and to learn new things. That is why I do what I do.
