EducationI graduated in May 2009 from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a 3.4 cumulative GPA. I am currently in my second year of graduate school at New York University, pursuing a Master of Science degree in Speech-Language Pathology, with a current cumulative GPA of 3.7
ExperienceDuring high school I worked at an after school program, working with and tutoring middle school students. During my senior year of college, I worked for America Reads/Counts as a tutor in a fourth grade classroom. I am also a recipient of the New York City Board of Education Scholarship and will work as a Speech Language Pathologist in the New York City Public Schools after the completion of my masters degree. I will graduate in August 2011. My educational background includes training in working with children with disabilities. I have also started my hands on training in working with children with speech and language disorders.
HobbiesI enjoy spending time with friends and family, including six nieces and nephews under the age of ten. I also enjoy cooking, reading, and exercising.
