I graduated from Northwestern University, where I earned a bachelor's degree in the field of biology. While I enjoy all subjects, science happens to be my favorite, as it helps to explain the natural phenomena we witness all around us.I have found that once students are able to gain the confidence needed to handle scientific concepts, their curiosity can be easily stimulated. I enjoy helping with this process. While most of my experience is tutoring students in science and math, I am also experienced in standardized test preparation. As a pre-med student, I am all too familiar with managing a demanding course schedule, time management issues, and test anxiety that many people experience. Therefore, I enjoy assisting my students with general study and time management skills. I do well in many subjects such as all levels of ACT, SAT, and MCAT courses. I also do well with test prep and graduate test prep.In my spare time, I like baking, tennis, traveling, and playing the piano. As a New York City transplant, I enjoy also enjoy exploring the city with my friends.
