We have vast experience in Embedded Systems and circuit design. Some of the projects that we have done are:-
Textile Loom Monitoring System:
Various signals are captured from multiple textile loom machines including fault alerts and production volume per machine. The monitoring data is captured in real time and transmitted to the main server where it is stored in database for management and statistical analysis.
Vehicle Tracking System:
The system tracks assets/vehicles in real time using GPS in combination with GSM/GPRS. The system also monitors/logs other important signals including faults in the vehicle and temperature of the asset in the range -50 degrees C to 125 degree C.
This system controls the temperature of a cooler/oven and keeps it within a particular range. The system is re configurable and the range can be set by the user.
Remote control using land line/mobile phone:
It is a home/industrial monitoring, automation and control system. The user can gain the control access of the machines using GSM/GPRS or land line networks.
Car security system:
It is a GSM based car security system. The car can be locked/unlocked using the mobile phone or land line and the user can switch turn the engine of the vehicle as well. In case of car breaking, the system sends alerts to the owner of the car over the GSM network.
Remote patient monitoring:
The system monitors the oxygen percentage in the blood and heartbeat in real time. The patient data is logged in a database on a remote server. The network supports wireless and wired communication. The patient monitoring machines can be configured to take measurements at a particular time or continuously.
Home security system:
It is an anti-theft system. It monitors the entrances of the building and in case of theft, it sounds alarm, sends alerts to the remote user with the picture or video of the incident.
Real time shape recognition using Matlab:
This is an image processing system that sorts the items depending on their shape such as rectangular, spherical, triangular or cubical etc. The system also controls the mechanical arm that sorts out the shapes into different boxes.
