Updated March 2015 My teaching experience: ► Tutoring Math and Science subjects, GMAT, MCAT ► TA for college level Introduction to Chemistry I/II and Organic Chemistry I/II I have tutored numerous students from NYC's private schools and universities over the past five years and have helped students increase their grades by at least one letter grade. I have also helped students prepare for standardized exams such the GMAT and MCAT and achieve high scores. In addition, I am an expert in chemistry; I am very familiar with NYU's and Columbia's chemistry curricula and know how the professors teach and test. My students enjoy working with me because I think of creative ways to explain complex concepts, keep tutoring sessions fun and stress-free, and always go the extra mile to make sure all of their needs are met. Most of all, I push students to challenge their own standards of success and equip them with the confidence and skills that allow them to exceed their own expectations.
