-I'm a patient, but detail-oriented tutor who will give you the skills and knowledge to succeed. In math and science I try to emphasize problem solving skills over brute memorization. My own study habits involve drilling lots of different types of problems until I understand the core concepts and the mechanics of solving the problem.
HobbiesI've studied jazz guitar for many years (both in high school and in undergrad ensembles). I'm always checking out music and jam sessions around New York. I'm also an outdoors enthusiast and try to get out of the city as much as possible to hike, bike, ski, etc.
Math (High school level - Algebra, Pre-calc, Trig, etc; some College level - Calculus through multivariable; Linear Algebra; Probability/Statistics); Natural Sciences (Physics, Biology, Chemistry - Introductory Mechanics, Electricity/Magnetism, Quantum Mechanics, Physical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry)
