I was fortunate to attend graduate school at Monash and Melbourne, that are both the top 1% of the world's universities. I completed my PhD on full scholarship as well as receiving the additional Endeavour Research Fellowship for my fieldwork and the Australian Publishing Award for my writing up phase.
ExperienceI have tutored undergraduate MBBS students at the University of Melbourne, mentored higher degree by research students at Monash University and taught tribal youth at a hospital in India. I have had extensive experience working with students from other cultures and am very flexible in my teaching approach. I am personable, kind and very patient. With me as your tutor, you have a real partner in your learning.
I now represent an NGO at the United Nations and work collaboratively with others from civil society and those in the diplomatic community. In this capacity I mentor colleagues in writing position papers and formal oral presentations. I am also experienced in writing abstracts and presenting papers for academic and other high level conference presentations. I can help you structure and speech, practice an oral presentation, as well as help you improve your written work.

I love tutoring, because I love learning. And I learn a great deal from my students.
HobbiesTeaching and learning often happen concurrently and this is one reason I love to teach - I learn a great deal. I find the process of learning a fascinating one, and for this reason when I am tutoring, whoever I am with becomes the focus of my entire attention. Whatever my students interest is, becomes my interest. This is the first step of learning after all - fascination.
Fascination: "The quality of attracting and bringing delight by arousing interest or curiosity".
