Education

Experience

My high school hired me to tutor in Latin, English, Writing, History, and Algebra. Last year I worked for Jumpstart, a government sponsored preschool education program in which I tutored preschool children in Chinatown several days a week. I would love to help anyone who needs help with organizational skills, writing (for english or college entrance), Latin, Greek, History, and lower level Algebra. I have experience tutoring children as young as three years old, and teenagers as old as seventeen. I especially empathize with stressed out high school students since I took AP classes in Latin (5), English (5) , U.S. History (4), Physics (4), Calculus (5). Tutoring is so interesting to me because it requires tackling a problem from multiple angles until a unique one is found that works for a specific student. It is one of the most rewarding experiences ever.
